PLC control
The controller is based on a fail-safe CPU from Siemens, System 300 CPU 31SF-2 DP.
Additional peripherals are connected to the controller via Profibus. Two interface modules (IM SL-1HF) are used for this. In addition, the operator has a touch display (TP 700 Comfort) for convenient operation.
The addressing of the bus participants can be found in the circuit diagrams.
The ET 200S peripherals (control cabinet) are used exclusively for connecting the safety-relevant command devices (two-hand button, foot switch, emergency stop button, etc.). or to switch on the actuators that trigger the plunger.
